Job Requirements

- Two to four years of relevant food service experience
- Ability to read and comprehend recipes and menus
- Basic proficiency in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 30 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards in a kitchen environment
Job Qualifications

- Culinary arts degree or certificate preferred
- Two to four years of experience in fast-paced food service environments such as restaurants or catering
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures

- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to read and understand recipes, prep lists, menus, and signage
- Basic English reading and speaking skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, lift 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, and walk long distances
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient food service
- Report for scheduled shifts on time and complete assigned opening and closing duties
- Manage walk-in coolers, reach-ins, dry storage, and other food storage areas
- Communicate effectively with other food and beverage outlets within the venue
- Adapt to flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
