We are currently seeking a Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. This nonexempt position reports directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD) and plays an essential role in food preparation, cooking, and packaging to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. The Cook will be responsible for operating various kitchen stations such as the grill, front swamp, back swamp, dresser, and food prep areas, ensuring that each dish is prepared efficiently and according to the restaurant's operational standards. This role requires a hands-on approach; the ideal candidate will handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and contribute to a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen.

The Cook will also be tasked with performing cleaning duties, managing waste, and maintaining equipment sanitation to comply with food safety guidelines. The position demands physical endurance for standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Effective communication and teamwork skills are crucial, as the Cook will need to report customer or employee complaints promptly and coordinate with the MOD to resolve any operational issues.
