Working at Sunrise Senior Living means becoming part of a team passionate about making a meaningful difference every day by enhancing the lives of seniors through compassionate care and excellent service. Employees enjoy a culture that celebrates their unique contributions and fosters personal and professional growth.

Sunrise Senior Living supports its team members with a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote work-life balance and financial security. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, along with retirement savings plans and tuition reimbursement opportunities. Additional perks include an employee assistance program and discount benefits, paid time off including PTO, sick time, and holidays, and a unique myFlexPay system that allows employees to get paid shortly after their shifts. The company also offers eligibility for discretionary and non-discretionary bonuses based on performance and position. Moreover, Sunrise Senior Living holds certification as a Great Place to Work, reinforcing its commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Joining Sunrise Senior Living as a Cook means becoming a valued member of a team dedicated to making a bigger impact than imagined, where your culinary skills directly contribute to the health, happiness, and social connections of senior residents.
