Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- Clean, sanitize and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, indicated quantities and specifications, while maintaining portion control systems
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
