The Cook role at Anthony's is fundamental to maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and service. The cook will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking a broad range of dishes that adhere to Anthony’s standardized recipes and quality standards.   • Capability to follow directions from the Head Chef and work collaboratively within a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and workstations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate meal preparation and delivery
  • Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and moving kitchen supplies
  • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages or spoilage to management
