As a Line or Prep Cook at Metz Culinary Management, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting delicious meals that meet the high standards set by our Executive Chef menus. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to inventory and portion ingredients accurately, and contribute to various kitchen operations such as food preparation, dish room support, inventory management of dry stock and perishables, and maintaining sanitation standards. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of professionals who share your enthusiasm for food and service excellence.
