Job Duties

  • Prepare&comma

  • stock and rotate chicken and other grilled proteins according to company standards
  • receive orders&comma
  • cut cooked chicken&comma
  • and arrange proteins for proper presentation on the plate or packaging
  • monitor holding time for grilled proteins and take corrective actions when necessary
  • maintain proper serving temperature for all cooked proteins
  • thaw and store raw proteins to meet projected needs
  • inspect raw proteins for quality before marinating or grilling
  • clean and sanitize work area including equipment&comma
  • tools&comma
  • storage containers&comma
  • grills and hoods
  • maintain quality and quantity levels of cooked proteins based on business activity
  • follow all food safety&comma
  • rotation&comma
  • and sanitation policies
  • assist on hot and cold prep lines as needed
