As a Cook at Lazy Dog, you will work on a fast-paced line, managing all stations with accountability for setup, stocking, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to established Lazy Dog recipes. Attention to detail is paramount, including the assurance that the correct recipe is displayed and strictly followed during food preparation. The cook must maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards. You'll collaborate closely with the chef team, promptly communicating any product or equipment issues to maintain seamless kitchen operations.
