As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing raw chicken using the Colonel's time-tested breading and frying process, ensuring that each piece meets our quality standards. This involves breading the chicken correctly, cooking it to the perfect temperature using fryers, and transferring it carefully to the holding equipment to maintain freshness until serving. You will also help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by cleaning equipment and assisting other team members with various food preparation and cleaning tasks as needed. This role requires following strict health and safety guidelines to deliver safe, high-quality food to our customers consistently. Working in a fast-paced environment, you should be able to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production goals. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or greater
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Physically able to handle kitchen tasks including lifting and standing
