Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or greater
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Physically able to handle kitchen tasks including lifting and standing
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare raw chicken for cooking using the Colonel's breading process
- Place breaded chicken in fryers and monitor cooking
- Move cooked chicken to holding equipment to maintain freshness
- Clean kitchen equipment regularly to ensure hygiene
- Assist other kitchen team members with food preparation tasks
- Support cleaning duties in the kitchen as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
