- DOH accreditation or Safe Serve certification
- Ability to work in high stress, fast paced environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Contributes positively to the team environment
- Understands and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen processes
- Prepares, cooks and assembles all food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Works closely with front of house teammates to ensure accurate and efficient food orders within 10 minutes
- Prepares ingredients for peak trade and meets 10-minute ticket times
- Builds relationships and communicates effectively with back and front of house teams
- Stores food properly, labels with date and item, follows food hygiene regulations
- Plans food production to preserve excellence in quality, temperature and appearance
- Receives and unpacks kitchen and food deliveries
- Maintains clean and hygienic workstations and kitchen equipment
- Closes kitchen properly following closing procedures
- Reports equipment and food quality issues timely
- Maintains grooming and uniform guidelines
