Job Requirements
- food handler certification as required by local/municipal regulations, acquired at applicant’s own expense
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to use kitchen equipment safely including Chinese cook knife
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment
