Job Duties
- maintains outstanding customer service in processing orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- safeguards company assets
- cleans food preparation equipment and work area
- organizes, loads, and unloads inventory
- puts merchandise away
- prepares food for customers
- preps and maintains proper food levels for shifts
- ensures ingredients are stored properly
- maintains inventory of food and other items needed for the grill station
- grills, fries, bakes, or microwaves meat and poultry
- cuts or carves meat
- assembles, measures, and mixes other ingredients for dishes
- creates a positive work environment
- follows and maintains food safety and HACCP processes
- communicates daily with upper management
- monitors quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
- completes other duties as assigned by supervisor
