This respected brand is part of many local communities where guests enjoy their favorite meals as well as create cherished moments. Red Lobster is more than just a place to eat and work; it is a family that turns first-time visitors into familiar faces, fostering a sense of belonging and warmth.

The role is designed for individuals eager to grow their culinary skills and contribute to a thriving kitchen environment focused on quality and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position featuring weekly pay and competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance options starting at under $10 per week. Additional benefits include life insurance, short-term disability coverage, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions after one year of service. Employees are also eligible for anniversary pay, discounted meals during shifts, and a 25% discount when dining as a guest.
