Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Team player with good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
  • Clean, sanitize and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season and cook food as per recipes, quantities and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
  • Inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils and equipment for safe and sanitary food handling compliance
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
