Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 6am
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- good communication and teamwork skills

- knowledge of kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, steam tables

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards
- ensure the kitchen meets health and safety regulations
- collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- perform all methods of cooking and portion control in accordance with hotel specifications
- properly use all kitchen equipment and ensure safe use
- maintain and restock food line items continuously
- complete assigned cleaning functions during shift
- notify supervisor of safety hazards and customer complaints
- ensure proper food handling and storage
- maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
- perform other duties as assigned
