Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work all shifts including opening, closing, and flexible hours
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, twist, stoop, and ascend or descend stairs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain an upbeat demeanor
- Comply with company policies and demonstrate responsibility
- Provide quick and friendly service to customers
- Take initiative and align with Raising Cane's culture of working hard and having fun
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation is an advantage but not required
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals and other menu items according to company standards
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and maintain service continuity
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- Take orders from customers and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including cleaning tables, floors, and equipment
- Show up to scheduled shifts on time and perform tasks under fast-paced conditions
