We are currently seeking full-time kitchen team members to join our dynamic kitchen staff. The role is an integral part of our operation, where producing top-quality food with accuracy and consistency is paramount. This position requires maintaining verbal communication with front-of-house staff, monitoring the quality of food, marinating and breading chicken to perfection, and ensuring that all chicken is properly inspected. The team member will follow recipes strictly, adhere to health and sanitation standards, and assist in forecasting chicken needs to support smooth kitchen operations. Handling equipment cleaning and oil filtration to uphold quality standards is also a crucial part of the job.

The kitchen team member will maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards not only for food preparation areas but also for cooking services and utensils. Compliance with all safety rules, policies, and procedures is mandatory. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and want to contribute positively to a professional kitchen environment. The pay rate for this position is USD 17.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation for valuable team members.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must follow the company personal care and hygiene policies
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must follow the company personal care and hygiene policies
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

Job Duties

  • Maintains verbal communication with FOH
  • Monitors the quality of food
  • Marinating and breading chicken
  • Ensuring chicken is properly inspected
  • Following recipes accordingly
  • Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
  • Follow protocol chicken forecast
  • Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards
  • Thoroughly clean equipment
  • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils
  • Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
