As a line or prep cook at ECMC, you will be entrusted with preparing and presenting delicious meals following the Executive Chef's menus. This role demands attention to detail in food presentation and portioning as well as inventory management. You will assist in various kitchen functions, including food preparation, dish room duties, managing dry stock and perishable food inventories, and ensuring sanitation standards are met. While prior cooking experience or culinary schooling is a plus, ECMC and Metz Culinary Management are open to training passionate individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for the culinary field.

This position pays between $17.58 and $18.67 per hour, reflecting the value placed on skilled and dedicated culinary professionals. Employees must also successfully complete background checks and drug screenings as part of the onboarding process, emphasizing ECMC's commitment to safety and trustworthiness within its team.
