Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Flexible to work part-time or full-time hours
  • Previous culinary experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts

Job Duties

  • Ensuring the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
  • Preparing a variety of food with different methods of preparation and using various tools and equipment
  • Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
  • Preparing and cooking dishes on the menu
  • Operating kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
