Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service or culinary school preferred
ability to apply elementary math for inventory and portioning
willing to undergo background check
willing to complete drug screening
able to work full-time or part-time
able to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
inventory and portion ingredients accurately
assist in prep work and kitchen sanitation
contribute to dish room duties
manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
support team operations with a positive attitude
