Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- knowledge of health and sanitation standards
- ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties
- maintains verbal communication with FOH
- supervises the quality of the foods
- marinates and breads chicken
- ensures chicken is properly inspected
- follows receipts accordingly
- guarantees restaurant compliance with health and sanitation standards
- follows chicken forecasting protocol
- filters oil to ensure quality standards
- maintains completely clean equipment
- maintains general standards of sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety for food preparation areas, kitchen services, dishes, and utensils
- follows and complies with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
