Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work up to 29 hours per week
  • Must be willing to work alternating weekends
  • Ability to work assigned shift times (5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Basic culinary knowledge or willingness to be trained
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work well in a team setting

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary or hospitality school graduate preferred
  • Experience in food service settings such as hospital, school, or college is a plus
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Assist in kitchen prep work and dish room duties
  • Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to a positive and hospitality-driven work environment
