Job Requirements

Prior experience in culinary or related field
Basic knife skills
Knowledge of kitchen equipment use
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
Willingness to obtain Food Handler certificate
Valid driver’s license, where applicable

Job Qualifications

Prior experience within a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred
Basic knife skills
Ability to handle kitchen equipment
Use a Point of Sale (POS) system
Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handler certificate
Must possess a valid and current driver’s license, where applicable

Job Duties

Assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work area
Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices
May assist kitchen attendant as needed
Use a Point of Sale (POS) system effectively
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Support team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
