Job Duties
- Use Cracker Barrel's recipes and methods of food preparation to prepare full menu of homestyle favorites
- Flip pancakes and hand-roll buttermilk biscuits
- Practice hospitality in action by being expert on traditional, seasonal, and new menu items
- Champion company's standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Exhibit teamwork with back-of-house team, coworkers, and management
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining food quality and service standards
