Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and security policies
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Ability to move through narrow or confined spaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer service oriented
- Attention to detail
Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host(ess) prior to functions and make introductions
- Ensure all banquet event arrangements are agreeable and comply with guest and company needs
- Read banquet event orders to gather guest info, determine proper setup and timeline, buffets, and action stations
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up to ensure compliance with special event arrangements
- Adhere to all company safety and security policies and report accidents or hazards
- Maintain professional appearance, uphold confidentiality, and protect company assets
