The role of Contact Center Representative II - TDAF is based in Greenville, South Carolina, and involves working a standard 40-hour week. This position specifically supports TD’s auto loan customers, dealerships, and other financial institutions by handling inbound inquiries in a fast-paced contact center environment. The role offers an hourly pay range of $22.50 to $29.00 USD, with compensation aligned to candidate skills, experience, and organizational needs. As a Contact Center Representative II, the employee will exhibit a professional and positive demeanor while managing inbound calls addressing financial transactions such as account maintenance, statement requests, and phone payments. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of TD’s financial products and services, including digital banking and self-serve options, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery at the first point of contact. Compliance with all bank policies and procedures is essential to minimize risk to customers and the business. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Retail customer service, banking, or contact center experience preferred
  • Successful completion of standard contact center training
  • Ability to meet goals and standards established by the department
  • Demonstrated sales ability including knowledge of all company products and services
  • Ability to use and learn current technology and software applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
  • Experience handling confidential information preferred
  • Must be able to adhere to a set schedule including weekends, late nights and holidays
  • Must effectively support customers using designated primary language English and/or Spanish
  • Bilingual Spanish representatives must be able to take calls, answer inquiries, translate documents and transactions in English and Spanish
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
  • Position requires onsite presence for training, important meetings and events as deemed by the business
