The Show Coordinator / Event Manager role at Bath Planet offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This full-time position is based at the main office in Spokane Valley and involves extensive travel throughout Eastern Washington, Central Washington, and Northern Idaho. The role centers around the planning, coordination, and execution of home shows, community events, expos, and promotional activations that are crucial for generating leads and boosting brand presence in the territory.

As a Show Coordinator / Event Manager, you will be the face of the Bath Planet brand in the field and take full ownership of the entire lifecycle of events, including booking and securing prime booth spaces, overseeing professional set-up and tear-down of displays, engaging actively with attendees, and ensuring that each event runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will also extend to organizing additional promotional activities such as pop-up events, grand openings, and home expos to further expand the company’s outreach.

You will collaborate closely with the Call Center Manager to maximize lead flow and conversion rates while maintaining a strong, professional presence at every event. Building lasting relationships with show organizers, vendors, local businesses, and community partners is key to optimizing the success and return on investment of each event. The role demands strong organizational skills, proactive self-management, and the ability to multitask effectively during downtime with lead follow-up, territory research, marketing support, inventory management, and improving event processes.

The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in event coordination, trade shows, sales, or marketing activation, with home improvement industry experience considered a significant plus. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as event schedules dictate is required, along with reliable transportation and a willingness to travel throughout the designated territory. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $25 to $35 based on experience, complemented by an aggressive performance bonus structure that rewards lead quality, event ROI, and sales generated. Paid training is provided to help new hires ramp up quickly.

Job Requirements

  • Actively engage with attendees, generate high-quality leads, and represent the Bath Planet brand with enthusiasm and integrity
  • Plan and run pop-up events, grand openings, home expos, and other promotional activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with show organizers, vendors, local businesses, and community partners
  • Proactively fill downtime with productive tasks including lead follow-up, territory research, marketing support, inventory management, and continuous improvement of event processes
