Job Description

Monarch Communities Senior Living is a prominent provider of senior living solutions dedicated to creating progressive yet approachable communities that support the needs of all future generations. The company is committed to transforming healthcare infrastructure with the goal of enabling individuals not only to age well but to live well and thrive. Monarch Communities specializes in developing residential environments that combine compassionate care with modern amenities, fostering a sense of community and well-being for seniors. With a strong emphasis on personalized services and a people-first approach, Monarch Communities aims to set new standards in senior living that promote dignity, respect, and active lifestyles within their facilities.

The role available is for a part-time Concierge position at the Brandywine Kennett Square location. This position is pivotal as the Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, their families, and guests visiting the community. The Concierge is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere that supports the overall hospitality experience within the senior living community. Working part-time with shifts from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., this role is compensated between $16 and $17 per hour, reflecting the importance of customer interaction and administrative support duties.

As a Concierge, the individual will be instrumental in greeting and assisting a diverse group of people including seniors and their families, answering telephone inquiries, directing calls properly, and providing essential information and support regarding resident services. The position demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a tidy and inviting front desk area, and carrying out various administrative tasks that help keep the community operating smoothly. This job is perfect for someone passionate about helping others and who thrives in a dynamic, people-oriented environment. Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but a positive attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure are equally valuable.
