Ken Garff Automotive Group is a distinguished name in the automotive retail industry, known for its commitment to innovation, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Established in 1932, Ken Garff Automotive Group has grown considerably over the decades, setting itself apart from typical dealership experiences by fostering a company culture centered on respect, humility, teamwork, and continuous growth. With multiple dealership locations including American Fork Ford, the Group prides itself on doing things differently and creating a workplace where employees feel valued, trusted, and empowered to contribute meaningfully.
American Fork Ford, a proud member of the Ken Garff family, is currently seeking a dedicated Concierge / Lot Attendant who embodies the core values that have helped define the Group’s success. This full-time role offers a competitive starting wage of $16 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401k with company match, health insurance, wellness programs, and employee discounts. The position is tailored for someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to a dealership that values precision, positivity, and attention to detail.
As a Concierge / Lot Attendant at American Fork Ford, you will be at the heart of the dealership's operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring cars are clean, fueled, and positioned correctly. You will also play a crucial role in vehicle inspection by comparing serial numbers with invoices and cataloging keys meticulously to maintain vehicle security and inventory accuracy. This role demands a highly precise worker who respects authority and takes the time to build trust with the team and customers alike.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Ken Garff Automotive Group encourages its employees to pursue career advancement opportunities, offering pathways into sales and service roles for those interested in expanding their skills and responsibilities over time. Beyond the job duties, the company fosters a culture where listening is key—a core part of who they are. Their commitment to truly hearing and valuing employees and customers has led to a unique workplace atmosphere that stands out from competitors.
This role is perfect for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid in-state driver's license, and a clean driving record who is authorized to work in the U.S. Individuals who are unselfish, approachable, and detail-oriented will find a rewarding and supportive environment here. The company’s investment in employee well-being is demonstrated through benefits like wellness time off, personal purpose days, mental health support, diabetes management programs, parental leave stipends, and year-end bonuses. Ken Garff Automotive Group aims not just to be a workplace but a community where employees feel genuinely appreciated and motivated to excel.
Joining Ken Garff Automotive Group means becoming part of a long-standing legacy built on trust, respect, and a commitment to doing things differently. Embark on a great ride with a company that listens, values its people above all, and continuously seeks to innovate the automotive retail industry. If you are ready to contribute your energy and focus to a team that honors core values and believes in fostering strong relationships, Ken Garff Automotive Group looks forward to welcoming you aboard.
