Job Duties

  • Monitor the entrance, report suspicious activity, and ensure the safety and security of the premises
  • Screen visitors and residents, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the building
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a clean and ironed uniform at all times
  • Accept packages, notify residents of deliveries, and ensure safe storage
  • Keep the entrance area tidy and organized
  • Monitor security systems and report any malfunctions
  • Ensure fire safety protocols are followed
