Job Duties
- Greet guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure
- Open doors, carry luggage, and assist with deliveries
- Offer directions, answer inquiries about the building or local area, and provide information on amenities and services
- Monitor the entrance, report suspicious activity, and ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Screen visitors and residents, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the building
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and ironed uniform at all times
- Accept packages, notify residents of deliveries, and ensure safe storage
- Keep the entrance area tidy and organized
- Monitor security systems and report any malfunctions
- Ensure fire safety protocols are followed
