With thousands of employees, Provincial Senior Living is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for its residents through both dedicated care and quality service. Their communities focus on not only meeting the day-to-day needs of senior residents but also enhancing their quality of life through supportive and engaging services.
The Part-Time Concierge position at Provincial Senior Living plays an essential role in the overall resident and guest experience. This role requires weekend availability and centers on greeting guests, residents, and employees while managing both external and internal communications. The Concierge is responsible for answering phones, taking accurate messages, providing general information, and assisting with daily administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the community. The position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and helpful assistance by answering inquiries, providing directions, and facilitating appointments for residents and their family members. Administrative duties include updating resident contact lists, managing sign-in logs, preparing meal tickets, and collaborating with departments like marketing and dining services. Maintaining a neat and organized workspace is part of the role as well. By upholding company policies and procedures, the Concierge ensures that the community operates efficiently and residents receive top-quality service.
In addition to these responsibilities, Provincial Senior Living offers competitive wages, access to wages before payday, flexible scheduling, paid time off and holidays for full-time employees, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
