Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one to three years of customer service experience or training
  • weekend availability
  • part-time work commitment
  • ability to handle telephone and reception duties
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • one to three years customer service experience and/or training
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • experience working in a senior living or hospitality environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, residents, and employees
  • manage external and internal calls
  • take and communicate complete messages
  • provide general information and answer inquiries
  • prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts
  • update resident phone list, roster, and move-in/move-out register daily
  • manage appointments for residents and family members
  • maintain a neat and organized desk and entry area
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
