The Concierge position at Bedrock plays a pivotal role in delivering a professional, welcoming, and service-first environment for residents, guests, visitors, executives, team members, vendors, and clients. This role is primarily dedicated to the Vinton residential community, while also supporting the welcoming duties at Bedrock’s headquarters. The Concierge serves as the face of the community and company, responsible for greeting visitors warmly and assisting residents and guests with a variety of requests. The position involves managing front desk communications, coordinating reception operations, and providing essential administrative and hospitality support to ensure a seamless, exceptional experience for all who enter the premises. The Concierge is expected to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area, supporting building and residential services, as well as collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently or escalate complex matters appropriately.
This role also includes visitor management tasks like check-in, identification and badge issuance, mail and package handling, and providing wayfinding assistance. Additionally, the Concierge helps coordinate meetings and conferences by handling logistics such as scheduling, room setup, and hospitality services including beverages and refreshments. Daily administrative responsibilities, vendor coordination, and inventory monitoring of hospitality and office supplies are also central to the position. The successful candidate will embody a service-oriented attitude, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while acting as a vital communication hub within Bedrock’s operations.

Bedrock is committed to equal opportunity employment and fosters a positive, inclusive workplace culture where professionalism, integrity, and respect underpin all interactions. This job is ideal for candidates who have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and a passion for customer service and hospitality within a dynamic urban development context.
