Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of concierge or hospitality experience
Ability to provide warm and friendly greetings to residents and guests
Effective communication skills
Ability to coordinate with service contractors
Skill in planning and implementing social and recreational activities
Availability to work scheduled shifts from afternoon to late evening per week
Adherence to union contract guidelines

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Associate degree in concierge, hospitality, or customer service preferred
1-2 years of concierge or hospitality experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and coordinate social events
Customer service oriented
Familiarity with local services and amenities preferred

Job Duties

Maintains knowledge and provides information to residents regarding available services and upcoming events in the city
Prepares service requests and coordinates with service contractors to ensure appropriate handling
Communicates with residents and families to address questions or concerns and refers issues to appropriate personnel
Greets residents and visitors and maintains the lobby bulletin board with current information
Plans and implements social and recreational programs such as movies and game nights
Assists residents with receiving and managing packages
