Phoenix at Milton is a distinguished senior living community that prides itself on offering compassionate care and an enriching environment for its residents. Dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere, Phoenix Senior Living strives to enhance the quality of life for seniors by combining personalized care with a vibrant lifestyle. As part of a reputable network, Phoenix at Milton integrates modern amenities with professional, empathetic staff to meet the unique needs of its community members. Their services often encompass independent living, assisted living, and memory care, ensuring that residents receive tailored support throughout their journey. The community serves not only the residents but also their families, creating a trusted resource and a hub for engagement and connection in the area.
The role of Concierge at Phoenix at Milton is a vital frontline position, embodying the first impression many visitors, potential residents, and their families will experience. This part-time position, with shifts scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is designed for a professional with a warm demeanor and an exceptional customer service orientation. The Concierge acts as the welcoming face of the community, greeting visitors and offering refreshments in the Bistro area while ensuring the environment is clean and inviting with appropriate ambient music to foster a pleasant atmosphere.
In this role, the Concierge is responsible for managing both external and internal communications, handling incoming calls with efficiency and professionalism, and forwarding messages accurately to the appropriate parties. The individual provides comprehensive community overviews to prospective residents and their families, supporting the marketing and sales efforts led by the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director. Additionally, the Concierge assists with recruitment activities by engaging potential candidates interested in employment opportunities, facilitating their application process, and maintaining records to support human resources functions. The role also entails various administrative duties such as computer data entry and coordination of appointments for residents, including hairdresser visits and transportation.
This role requires a person who is not only organized but also highly personable and empathetic, capable of representing Phoenix Senior Living’s values in every interaction. Sending thoughtful communications such as get well cards to residents and sympathy cards to families, with proper authorization, further highlights the community-focused nature of this role. The Concierge plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive, welcoming environment while contributing to the operational excellence and community engagement of Phoenix at Milton. This job offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about senior care and hospitality to make a meaningful impact in a beautiful community setting.
