Job Requirements

  • Entry level - no industry experience required
  • Preferred customer service, high-end retail, hotel or residential experience
  • Weekend availability required
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Travel may be required occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, high-end retail, hotel, or residential settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
  • Proficiency in managing scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents entering the office or leasing area
  • Ensure the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate team members
  • Assist with service request call backs
  • Maintain guest suite schedules ensuring cleanliness and payment
  • Manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for moves
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before office opening
  • Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals and community services
  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Maintain detailed local area information and vendor contacts
