The Concierge role at Reside Living is essential to the resident experience, serving as the welcoming face and central point of contact for residents and prospects alike. The Concierge helps to enhance the lifestyle associated with the Reside brand by coordinating a variety of resident services and events.

Working as a Concierge, you will engage directly with residents and visitors, manage property security considerations, provide leasing support, and assist with property management tasks. This multifaceted role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment. Reside Living offers competitive compensation starting at $20 per hour, with full-time schedules primarily on the second shift from 3:30 PM to midnight, including consecutive days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one year or more of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail sales, or luxury services
  • property management, leasing, community management, or administrative assistant experience welcome
  • exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • ability to solve problems through communication and ingenuity
  • impeccable attention to detail, pride in the quality of work, and energy
  • comfortable working alone but excited to work on a team
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Greeting and registering guests and prospective residents
  • answering concierge station phones
  • booking cabs, limos, and other transportation services
  • monitoring security systems and security cameras
  • providing key date reminder service
  • planning resident events
  • performing light leasing duties such as guest card management and providing property information
  • referring prospects to appropriate offices
  • providing walk-in traffic with rental information
  • serving as leasing backup for after-hours and rollover calls
  • providing after-hours answering service for property offices
  • responding to resident emergencies and contacting on-call maintenance
  • taking and forwarding or entering service requests
  • following up with residents on completed service requests
  • managing and entering community information into CFR systems
  • assisting managers in conducting social events
  • creating and coordinating resident parties and functions
