The Greet Hub Concierge Team Lead position at Circles is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the concierge team to ensure that employees, visitors, and internal stakeholders receive high-quality support in a fast-paced corporate setting. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $21 per hour and follows a Monday to Friday schedule, providing a balanced work-life rhythm with some flexibility for business needs and onsite events. The Team Lead is tasked with managing daily operations, guiding and supporting team members, and maintaining the highest service standards. Acting as the primary onsite ambassador for the Greet Hub, the Team Lead leads by example, demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities include welcoming guests with warmth and efficiency, managing front desk and switchboard operations, coordinating service requests, and ensuring the reception area remains inviting and well-organized. The role also encompasses leadership duties such as onboarding new team members, reinforcing accountability, and driving the promotion of concierge services through engagement events and communications. The Team Lead must maintain a clear understanding of building operations, workplace policies, and local vendor partnerships to enhance service offerings. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to use internet search tools and complete accurate data entry

  • ability to work onsite in Memphis, Tennessee

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • experience in front desk, concierge, hospitality, workplace services, or a related service environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to employees, visitors, and vendors
  • anticipate and proactively address employee and guest needs to deliver memorable, high-touch experiences
  • respond to employee requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
  • maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and well-stocked reception area and common spaces
  • support new hire tours and assist with visitor or group arrivals
  • stay informed about building activities, workplace updates, and local resources
  • assist with monthly tabling events to promote concierge services and engage employees
  • ensure the front desk is never left unattended
  • aid with site security by enforcing procedures, managing logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
  • enter service requests accurately and maintain complete records in appropriate systems
  • maintain working knowledge of building operations and workplace policies to assist with facilities-related requests
  • serve as a trained backup for remote switchboard coverage
  • support personal and convenience-related requests with discretion
  • coordinate with local vendors to identify employee offerings and discounts
  • research local events and experiences for employee engagement
  • build partnerships with local vendors
  • communicate effectively with the onsite team regarding operations, service needs, and employee feedback
  • adapt to changing priorities while maintaining service standards
  • achieve monthly service metrics
  • assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
  • serve as the onsite lead and primary ambassador of the Greet Hub
  • ensure uninterrupted front desk and switchboard coverage
  • lead onboarding and training
  • reinforce accountability across onsite and switchboard responsibilities
  • lead promotion and visibility of concierge services
  • partner with leadership on service enhancements and SOP refinement
  • build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • drive participation in recognition programs, training, and company initiatives
