This company prides itself on the personalized and attentive care it offers to its clientele, ensuring that every interaction contributes to a welcoming and well-managed environment. As a reputable and forward-thinking organization, Planned Companies focuses on innovation and excellence in the property service industry, making it a leader in concierge and front desk operations tailored to modern urban living.

The Concierge role at Planned Companies is a pivotal front-line position responsible for creating a positive and memorable first impression for all tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building. Offering a competitive pay rate of $23 per hour, this role is suited for individuals with a strong passion for customer service and the ability to adapt to various guest needs efficiently. The Concierge is expected to be courteous, knowledgeable, and proactive in assisting clients by not only managing entrance protocols but also offering concierge services such as scheduling reservations, organizing events, and providing information about local amenities and attractions.

This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to build and maintain meaningful relationships with tenants, understanding their unique preferences to enhance their living experience. With responsibilities that extend beyond greeting and directing visitors, the Concierge will actively contribute to the vibrant community atmosphere by facilitating access to entertainment, dining, retail, and sporting events. The company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary coverages for full-time employees, alongside a 401(k) plan with employer matching available to both full-time and part-time staff.
