Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- demonstrated ability to use technology for sales and inventory tasks
- ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40 lbs
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities
- greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing attentive, personalized service
- provide services such as gift wrapping, gift card selling, online ordering, inventory look-up, and package pickups
- apply suggestive selling techniques and offer product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales
- build customer loyalty by introducing loyalty programs
- process transactions accurately and efficiently
- handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally
- maintain visually appealing service area and presentation standards
- leverage training tools and feedback to enhance product knowledge and selling skills
- support store operations with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and product placement
- follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols
- contribute positively to store culture and team environment
