The Concierge Services Associate plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience at Belk stores. This hourly position is dedicated to delivering attentive, personalized service by providing a variety of enhanced customer services including gift wrapping, gift card sales, online ordering assistance, inventory look-up, and package pickups. The Concierge Services Associate is instrumental in driving sales and contributing to the store's key performance metrics by applying suggestive selling techniques and product recommendations tailored to customer preferences. Job Requirements

- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- demonstrated ability to use technology for sales and inventory tasks
- ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40 lbs
