The Concierge Services Associate plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience at Belk stores. This hourly position is dedicated to delivering attentive, personalized service by providing a variety of enhanced customer services including gift wrapping, gift card sales, online ordering assistance, inventory look-up, and package pickups. The Concierge Services Associate is instrumental in driving sales and contributing to the store's key performance metrics by applying suggestive selling techniques and product recommendations tailored to customer preferences. Working closely with store operations and selling teams, this role supports achieving both daily priorities and long-term store objectives.

In this role, associates are expected to demonstrate ownership and initiative, engaging customers warmly to build loyalty and encourage repeat business. They maintain a visually appealing service area and uphold presentation standards, while managing signage and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming retail environment. Additionally, the Concierge Services Associate handles customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism and care, reinforcing the store’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail or customer service experience preferred
