Job Requirements
- hs diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
- ability to work in-office 3 days per week
- candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance to office location or have an accommodation
- must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza or have a legal exemption
Job Qualifications
- ba/bs preferred
- experience in successful resolution of high-level or sensitive customer service issues preferred
Job Duties
- understands and communicates benefit design packages to members
- interacts with members through multiple channels including chat, telephone, face-to-face, and video chat
- explains plan benefit design and resolves claim, benefit, and enrollment issues
- provides updates within agreed timeframes
- increases member engagement in programs and offerings
- serves as a resource and educator on healthcare-related inquiries
