Currently, GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Supervisor for a full-time position located in Brecksville, Ohio. This role is designed for an individual who excels in customer service and has a natural ability to connect with people, providing reassurance and confidence in security settings. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., allowing for consistent routine and a healthy work-life balance. The hourly wage offered is competitive at $21.50 per hour with the option of DailyPay to access earned wages in advance.

The Concierge Security Supervisor position focuses on professional customer service duties in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The supervisor will lead and manage security personnel while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment. Essential responsibilities include managing access control, performing regular patrols, inspecting security equipment, responding to incidents with first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams. The role also requires documenting incidents, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall safety protocols are followed meticulously.

This position requires someone who is authorized to work in the U.S., possesses a high school diploma or GED, and can successfully complete extensive screening processes including background checks and drug screening. Experience in security, military, or law enforcement enhances candidacy, and possession of a state security license, if applicable, is required. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in basic phone and computer operations.
