Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- proof of high school diploma or GED required
- state security license (BSIS Guard Card) must be held or obtained
- completion of 32 hours BSIS security training is mandatory
- strong customer service skills
- ability to use basic phone and computer systems
- physical capability to perform security patrols
- availability to work the designated schedule Monday to Friday, 7am to 4:30pm
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S
- provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- possess exceptional customer service skills
- demonstrate proficiency in basic phone and computer operations
- hold a valid state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
- have completed 32 hours of BSIS security training
- previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is an asset
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and perform customer service duties such as verifying identity and providing guidance
- manage access control protocols effectively
- conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- inspect and maintain security equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- respond to incidents including providing first aid and coordinating with emergency services
- answer questions in person or via phone to assist visitors and staff
- prepare detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to appropriate personnel
- ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property within the assigned premises
