Currently, GardaWorld Security Services is seeking to hire a Concierge Security Officer to join their team at the Corona, California site. This role offers a set schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4:30pm, and provides a competitive hourly wage of $17.50, with the added benefit of DailyPay availability for employees. The Concierge Security Officer position is distinct as it emphasizes both security responsibilities and high-level customer service excellence. Working primarily in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, the Concierge Security Officer acts as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that promotes safety and reassurance.
The role demands an individual who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and can effectively engage with diverse groups of people, comforting and inspiring confidence through professionalism and attentiveness. Responsibilities include managing access control, conducting regular patrols, inspecting security equipment, and responding promptly to incidents while providing first aid when necessary. Officers are also expected to document incidents accurately and maintain open communication channels regarding security concerns. Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- proof of high school diploma or GED required
- state security license (BSIS Guard Card) must be held or obtained
- completion of 32 hours BSIS security training is mandatory

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and perform customer service duties such as verifying identity and providing guidance
- manage access control protocols effectively

- respond to incidents including providing first aid and coordinating with emergency services
- answer questions in person or via phone to assist visitors and staff
- prepare detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to appropriate personnel
- ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property within the assigned premises
