Currently, GardaWorld Security Services is seeking to hire a Concierge Security Officer to join their team at the Corona, California site. This role offers a set schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4:30pm, and provides a competitive hourly wage of $17.50, with the added benefit of DailyPay availability for employees. The Concierge Security Officer position is distinct as it emphasizes both security responsibilities and high-level customer service excellence. Working primarily in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, the Concierge Security Officer acts as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that promotes safety and reassurance.

Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- proof of high school diploma or GED required
- state security license (BSIS Guard Card) must be held or obtained
- completion of 32 hours BSIS security training is mandatory
- strong customer service skills
- ability to use basic phone and computer systems
- physical capability to perform security patrols

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and perform customer service duties such as verifying identity and providing guidance
- manage access control protocols effectively
- conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- inspect and maintain security equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- respond to incidents including providing first aid and coordinating with emergency services
- answer questions in person or via phone to assist visitors and staff
- prepare detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to appropriate personnel
- ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property within the assigned premises
