Job Duties
- Welcome and guide visitors with exceptional customer service
- Verify identities and manage access control
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and promptly report maintenance needs
- Respond swiftly to incidents, administer first aid, and coordinate emergency response
- Address inquiries in person and via telephone
- Document incidents thoroughly and communicate any security issues
- Ensure the safety and protection of people and property
