Job Description

GardaWorld Security Services is a leading global security company renowned for providing sophisticated and tailored security solutions. With a commitment to excellence, GardaWorld employs and trains highly skilled professionals worldwide, ensuring the safety and security of diverse environments ranging from corporate office towers to hotels and shopping centers. As a Certified Great Place to Work in the United States, GardaWorld stands out for fostering an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented work culture. The company prioritizes equal employment opportunities and values diversity, ensuring all employees and applicants are treated fairly without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability. This dedication to its workforce, along with a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and career advancement opportunities, makes GardaWorld a top choice for security professionals.

The Concierge Security Officer position at GardaWorld is tailored for individuals who excel in customer service and possess a natural ability to connect with people. This role is essential in providing a secure and welcoming environment within premises such as office buildings, hotels, and shopping centers. Unlike traditional security roles focused solely on surveillance and protection, the Concierge Security Officer combines security duties with high levels of guest interaction and service. Officers in this role are expected to engage visitors with professionalism and warmth, verifying identities, managing access control, and guiding guests while maintaining strict security protocols. This position offers a part-time schedule with set hours in Albuquerque, New Mexico, providing 23 hours per week from Friday through Monday.

Officers in this role receive a competitive hourly wage of $18, with access to DailyPay, allowing flexible earning options. GardaWorld supports its team with a uniform provided at no cost and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off, holiday pay, disability coverage, and life insurance options. Career growth is actively encouraged, with many of the company’s corporate employees having started their journey as frontline workers.

The role is ideal for individuals who are authorized to work in the U.S., possess a high school diploma or GED, and bring exceptional customer service skills. Experience in security, law enforcement, or military backgrounds is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates undergo an extensive screening process, including background checks and drug screening upon conditional job offers. Security officers in this concierge role conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, provide first aid when necessary, and maintain detailed incident reports, ensuring the safety and protection of people and property.

Joining GardaWorld as a Concierge Security Officer means becoming part of a global security champion with a promising career path in an environment that values safety, professionalism, and customer service. This opportunity suitably fits those who aspire to take on a role that is more than just a job – it is a career with purpose and potential.
