Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to pass a background check and drug screening
- meet all applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements
- capable of standing or walking for long periods
- able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- excellent customer service skills

- ability to work weekend shifts
- physical capability to perform patrol and security duties

Job Duties
- Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned apartment complex
- provide excellent customer service to residents
- patrol premises to ensure safety and security
- enforce property rules and regulations
- respond promptly to emergencies or security concerns
- assist residents with information and support
- maintain accurate logs and reports
