Now hiring, GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer for their Cleveland, OH location. This full-time role operates on a set schedule with shifts from Tuesday through Friday, including a split shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The hourly wage offered is competitive, at $17.00 per hour, with the added benefit of DailyPay availability for employees. This position places a strong emphasis on customer service, as the Concierge Security Officer is the frontline representative working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The core of this role is not only maintaining a secure environment but also building meaningful connections with visitors and occupants. Officers must demonstrate a natural ability to engage effectively with others, providing reassurance and inspiring confidence through their presence and communication skills.

In this capacity, the Concierge Security Officer undertakes a variety of critical responsibilities that blend security protocols with hospitality and customer service. Duties include welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding guests, managing access control, and conducting regular security patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks. Officers are also tasked with inspecting security equipment and addressing maintenance concerns. The role requires clear and precise communication, both verbally and in written reports, ensuring that security concerns and incidents are documented and conveyed appropriately.
