GardaWorld Security Services is a leading global provider of comprehensive security solutions, committed to delivering high-quality, tailored services to clients across a wide range of industries. With a presence spanning numerous countries, GardaWorld prides itself on its dedication to excellence, professionalism, and the continuous training and development of its workforce. Recognized as a certified Great Place to Work in the United States, GardaWorld Security Services is known for its inclusive workplace culture and commitment to equal opportunity employment. The company specializes in a variety of security roles, including tactical, surveillance, and concierge security services, offering numerous avenues for career growth and development within its global network.

The Concierge Security Officer position is a unique role that blends traditional security responsibilities with an exceptional focus on customer service. This full-time, Monday through Friday position operates during the 1st shift from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at a site located in Barberton. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.35, with the added convenience of DailyPay available to employees. As a concierge security officer, you will be stationed in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, where your primary duty is to create a secure and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and occupants alike.

This role emphasizes the importance of building meaningful connections through your natural ability to engage with people, reassure them, and inspire confidence. You will serve as the frontline representative of the site, performing duties that involve welcoming guests, verifying identities, managing access control, and providing guidance throughout the premises. Your interactions will span across diverse groups, requiring excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong customer-service orientation.

In addition to customer service, the concierge security officer will be responsible for conducting regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks, inspecting security equipment, and reporting maintenance needs. Responding swiftly and effectively to incidents is key, including providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with emergency personnel. You will also participate in writing detailed incident reports and effectively communicating security concerns to the appropriate management teams.

GardaWorld offers a robust benefits package that supports employee well-being and long-term financial security. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options. Uniforms are provided at no cost, ensuring a professional appearance at all times. The company is dedicated to fostering career growth opportunities and encourages employees with ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit to develop and thrive within the organization.

Joining GardaWorld Security Services means becoming part of an enterprise that values integrity, respect, and commitment. The company’s mission to provide high-quality security solutions is matched by its passion for creating a supportive environment for its employees. If you are someone who is eager to step into a role that is more than just about security—one that builds connections, provides a sense of safety, and offers real career advancement—then the Concierge Security Officer position at GardaWorld is the perfect fit for you. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
