Job Description
Planned Companies is a prominent organization known for providing exceptional lifestyle and property management services through its dedicated branch, Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS). The company emphasizes the importance of creating welcoming environments for tenants, guests, and vendors, ensuring properties are not only kept presentable and safe but also offer a personalized and engaging experience for all who enter. PLS strives to exceed expectations by delivering exceptional concierge services that cater to the diverse needs of residents and visitors alike. Recognized for its commitment to excellent service and community engagement, Planned Companies fosters a work culture that values professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-centric approach.
The role of Concierge within Planned Lifestyle Services is a pivotal position focused on offering unparalleled service to building occupants and visitors. As a Concierge or Front Desk Associate, the individual will be responsible for greeting, announcing, and guiding tenants, guests, and vendors as they enter the building. This position goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities by actively developing and maintaining personalized relationships with tenants. The Concierge will tailor experiences based on each tenant's unique personality, lifestyle, and needs, assisting with arrangements such as scheduling reservations for restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues. Additionally, the Concierge will play an instrumental role in planning and organizing on-site events, providing helpful referrals related to local dining, entertainment, shopping, sporting events, and car services to enhance tenants' lifestyles.
Attention to detail is a fundamental component of this role, as the Concierge must manage documents, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas. The role also includes answering telephones, monitoring the lobby area, and maintaining control over keys and access cards to ensure building security and an organized front desk area. Given the dynamic environment, the ideal candidate must be courteous, motivated, and knowledgeable, capable of multitasking effectively while maintaining a polite and friendly demeanor.
Planned Companies offers a supportive and inclusive workplace, encouraging personal and professional growth. Full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary plans. Every employee, regardless of their full-time or part-time status, can participate in the company’s 401(k) plan, which features an employer match to support long-term financial security.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, community building, and delivering premium concierge services in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. It offers a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a respected company that values diversity, equal opportunity, and a commitment to service excellence. Planned Companies is an equal opportunity employer and actively promotes nondiscrimination and inclusivity in the workplace.
