We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. This role is critical as the Concierge serves as one of the first points of contact for our guests, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and warmth. The Concierge position at Hyatt Regency Downtown Tulsa involves a multifaceted responsibility that includes providing exceptional customer service, managing the presentation of food and beverage service, ensuring the cleanliness and stocking of the Regency Club, and assisting with various guest services such as reservations and transportation arrangements. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Provide information about the property and local area
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized Regency Club
  • Set up food and beverage presentations in the Regency Club
  • Clean and stock Regency club as needed
  • Assist the front desk, bell stand, and/or PBX after completing Regency club duties
  • Assist with booking reservations and arranging transportation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
