The Concierge role at Hyatt Regency Downtown Tulsa is a vital position that focuses on delivering personalized and professional guest experiences. As one of the first points of contact for guests, the Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors with friendliness and professionalism and catering to their diverse needs throughout their stay. This includes managing communication channels by answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly, providing information about the property and the surrounding area, and assisting in making reservations or arranging transportation services.

In addition to guest interaction, the Concierge will oversee the presentation and maintenance of the Regency Club, ensuring cleanliness, organized food and beverage service setups, and timely restocking. This entails a keen eye for detail and a commitment to hospitality excellence, as maintaining the Regency Club’s inviting atmosphere significantly contributes to guest satisfaction.

  • maintain a clean and organized Regency Club
  • set up food and beverage presentations in the Regency Club
  • clean and stock Regency Club as needed
  • assist the front desk, bell stand, and/or PBX after completing Regency Club duties
  • assist with booking reservations and arranging transportation
  • perform other duties as assigned
