The Concierge role within CBRE's Workplace Experience function plays a vital part in enhancing the daily experience of guests, customers, and tenants in a designated building. As the frontline contact, the Concierge is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by assisting individuals with their personal and business needs, ranging from making reservations to coordinating transportation services. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Five plus years of job-related experience
  • Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within job function
  • Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet guests, customers, and tenants with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Record and log service requests and track the statuses
  • Provide administrative aid to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including preferred transportation sources, dining, and entertainment
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Notify appropriate parties to ensure safety
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors and provide professional solutions
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to accomplish team objectives
  • Establish new techniques to meet team objectives
  • Ensure positive impact on customer objectives through personal and team efforts
  • Lead by example modeling CBRE RISE values and guide team on practices and procedures
